HAPPY NEW YEAR

first post of the year...
so hm...whirlwind of activity as school, work, small group, small group leadership, started up last week.
greek and hebrew started up and starting to really get into it.
thinking of the possibility of going to israel for a 2-week summer program in july.
had a 2-day seminar for work and saw my students for the first time in about a month since before leaving for HI for christmas.
small group and leadership meetings started up.
we moved our meeting venue to the sanctuary from yesterday. that added an interesting dimension to it...still processing it...
the leadership team is growing as well from a core of 6 to 10 last week.

so where am i now...trying to relax, settle back down after all the hype, excitement of last week...the sky is blue, the air is crisp, it is really cold out, possibility of snow tomorrow, having lunch w/ 2 of the guys that got baptized in our small group, should be a good day!
